A younger brother of the former slave, Talitha.

He was two years old when his homeplanet Mindoir was attacked by batarian slavers.

Joseph was hidden from the slavers as they killed both his parents, and taken his sister as a slave.

He was later found by Alliance patrol during the after the attack. He was placed in the orphanage as he did not any other known
relatives.

At age thirteen, the learned that a former ambassador, Aldon Stanford was responsable for the attack on his homeplanet and
a slaver himself who use to sell orphaned children into slavery and prostitution.

Also when a soldier Seidra Shepard tried to kill him in revenge.

At fifteen years later, he joined terrorist organization called Cerberus to get revenge on Aldon Stanford and the batarians
for leaving Mindoir to lay in ruins.

Little did he know, Talitha was rescued by the Alliance from the batarian slavers after thirteen years of imprisonment, and
was convinced By Seidra to attend a psychiatric facility for treatment.

Two Years later, Joseph was given an order from The Illusive Man to capture Shepard alive who defected from Cerberus
after destroying the collector base. In return, he will give him the info of Stanford's whereabouts.


Seidra however has other plans for the young man.
