Queen Serenity ruled her kingdom just before it's destruction in the hands of the wicked Queen Beryl many years ago.
There with the help of her family and her lover Prince Alaunus, she rebuilds the Moon Kingdom itself.
After words she and Alaunus get married and became rulers of the moon.
They have a daughter, Princess Selena and are expecting an arrival of a son.
Selena would go to Earth to visit with her Aunt Rini, her Uncle Helios, and cousin Pearl(Sailor Clarity Moon).
Both Rini and Kousagi keep in touch with each other.
