This is Cezda Pakog. the half twi'lek and half zabrak jedi padawan.
Her twi'lek mother, Lanca Rubul was a slave who was rescued from captivity by a zabrak space merchant Ruqar Pakog.
The two fell in love, got marriad and had Cezda.
Ruqar was killed by pirates while making money to support himself and his family.
And two years later, Lanca found out that she had terminal illness, so not wanting her daughter to grow up all alone,
she left Cezda in care of the jedi as she was strong in the force.
And then a month later, Lanca had passed away....
Despite the tragedies in hr life, Cezda had grown up well, and was trained in the ways of the jedi.
She even survived the Order 66.
