Jace Harmond is the Cerberus agent who was hired by the Illusive Man to steal the secret info from the Alliance data banks.
But when a thief named Keiji Okuda who was an Alliance officer under the name Abraham Rumoi found out about this, he himself broke into the data
banks and stole the info, transferring to into his graybox.
After Keiji's trial and acquittal, Jace worked with Kai Leng to track Okuda down. They also learned that Keiji had a partner in crime by the
name of Kasumi Goto.
But unfortunately for them a ruthless arms dealer, and a deadly master criminal named Donovan Hock murdered Okuda and stole his graybox,
Also a few weeks later Kasumi had disappeared off the grid.
When the Illusive Man decided to recruit the people for Shepard's team. He stuck a deal with Kasumi to join the team for a mission in exchange
Shepard would help her get the graybox back from Hock.
Little did Kasumi know that the Illusive Man intended to steal the graybox from her and use whatever info was there to blackmail the Systems Alliance.
