Jeremy and Seidra

During that time on Earth, young Seidra Shepard meets and befriends a young biotic named Jeremy who was running from the law just after killing his abusive father.

Seidra helped him escape from the police.

He's now a dock worker on the Citadel, under the name Edward Elmerson.
