In Mass Effect 3...
Both Seidra Shepard and Kaidan Alenko get into a fight about Seidra keeping a secret from him about what
occurred back on Earth.
Alenko overheard both Seidra and James Talk about her being kidnapped from Earth by Kai Leng and then being
tortured by the Illusive Man.
She explained reason for having done so was because she didn't want make the strained relationship even worse
(due to their issues on Horizon and Mars, and then the Stand-of at the Citadel)
Alenko told her she shouldn't have done that.
Seidra then apologized to Kaidan who in turn apologized to her.
They resolved the problems in their relationship and madeup with each other.
