Jack Harper Voice Actor Meme

Rino Ramano as Jack Harper, a human an archaeologist-turned mercenary (the future leader of Cerberus known as the Illusive Man).

Just so many of you know, I understand that the Illusive Man already has a voice actor Martin Sheen.

I've noticed how Sheen's voice sounded back when his was a young actor.  Truth is sometimes peoples voices change more when they become much older.

So frankly, I found another voice actor who's voice pattern is similar to young Sheen. Rino Ramano.
