He is a corrupted Imperial Security Bureau officer who is arranges illegal fights and gambling on Lothal.
When Bossk, A Trandoshan Bounty Hunter comes to Lothal to capture and dug criminal named Gronson Takkaro nicknamed "Shifty",Jenkes tries to have him killed by having assassins gun him down.
But Bossk isn't working alone.... He has partnered with a fourteen-year-old Street urchin, Ezra Bridger who was selling tickets
to an illegal gladiator fights.
Ezra and Bossk defeat Jenkes after exposing his crimes to the fight fans and the Imperial Authorities.
Soon afterwards, Jenkes was arrested and instantly executed.
