Lieutenant Herdringer

Lieutenant Herdringer was an Imperial Security Bureau who was stationed on the Planet of Lothal in the early years of
the Galactic Empire.

Three months prior to the events of Ezra's Gamble, Herdringer was killed by his fellow ISB Lieutenant named Jenkes 
when the latter pushed him in front of the speeder bus.

After that. Jenkes Used his dead colleague's name to arrange illegal fights on Lothal.
